The David Calder Method™ is not a fixed routine; or a standerdised list of exercises. It is a method of understanding, guiding and improving an individuals Wellbeing, Fitness, Lifestyle, Biomechanics and Confidence.

Exercise shortly after treatment for 30 minutes to remove the released body fat as energy from the body. This could be a brisk power walk, swim, run, bike or gym session.

Sports Massage Edinburgh & Body Treatments for all Muscular aches including; back pain, neck, knee & shoulder pain. David developed his oil treatment for improving posture, muscular balance and tension. David combines muscle relaxing techniques including facia stretching, facilitated stretching, acupressure, pnf and sometimes reflexology.
David qualified in massage therapy and reflexology 20 years ago and has been practicing ever since. David skied for GB and in this time he experienced most available injuries personally, including undergoing two spine surgeries in the USA; he is well placed to help and advise his clients.
